We are a totally free web service, helping You find and compare anonymously between
a great number of staffing and recruiting agencies, consultants and freelancers!

2. How do I use this?
You describe what kind of staffing/recruiting need You have in Your Free Anonymous
Ad! (Profession, what kind of company You work at, the actual tasks, qualifications
needed/preferred).
You compare the interested suppliers on Your reply list, if any of them seems suitable
or worth talking to - click "Call me!"

3. What happens when I register a Free Anonymous Ad?
- We check if Your information is reasonably adequate, we publicize it towards potential
suppliers, and You get a mail from us whenever any of them think they have a reasonable
chance of helping You with Your specific need!

4. How can this be free? How do You make money?
Google automatically places their Ads on our web pages depending on their content,
we get paid a small amount every time someone clicks on them.

5. If I register a Free Ad, won't I get like a zillion phone calls from sales people
at Staffing/recruiting agencies?
No, You are completely anonymous towards the suppliers, they can't call or contact
You.
Until of course, You click the "Call me!"-button! (On Your reply list)

6. Those replies on my Reply list, won't they just be from like anyone? Do You expect
me to look at Ads?
No, suppliers are supposed to ONLY reply if they think they have a reasonable chance
of helping You with YOUR specific assignment.
If You get replies from a Company that obviously have no reasonable interest or
chance of helping You with Your assignment – mark their reply as “Junk”! This makes
it easier for others to select between providers in the future.

7. What kind of companies can I expect to find at my Reply list?
Mostly companies specialized in staffing and/or recruiting, but also other companies
that might be able to help You. Also there could be plenty of freelancers and self
employed consultants who might answer, if they find Your assignment fitting to their
profile.

8. If I'm anonymous, how can the suppliers contact me?
They can't, until You click the button "Call me!" on Your reply list. Only the company
You clicked will get Your contact information.

9. At what stage will this cost me money?
At no stage at all, Autostaffer is completely free of charge for You as well as
for the companies replying to Your Ad.
If You eventually make a contractual agreement with any
of those companies, they
probably expect You to pay them.

10. Do You ever give away my mail address to anyone?
No, we don't.
If You click Your "Call me!"-button that supplier will get Your phone number, but
we never give away any e-mail addresses. Who knows where they would end up?

11. What about Your rating system? How does it work?
We ask You, and everyone else who use our services, how the suppliers performed.
We are mainly interested in their honesty and integrity, they are not supposed to
waste the time of our users.
After a while, we'll send You a short inquiry, and sincerely hope You help us improve
our services by answering a few short questions!

12. Do You check the suppliers, if they are "serious", or qualified?
No, instead we expect our users to tell us and other users if a supplier is behaving
badly. The suppliers are very well aware of this, misleading a Customer or seriously
underperforming in Autostaffer would not be considered clever business practice.
It WILL be known.
