Almost no work
- We suggest You subscribe to our feeds
- You check out assignments quickly, click “YES!” on those that seem interesting and suitable for Your company
- With some luck, You get an e-mail from us, asking You to call a Customer

You show up on the Reply list of that Customer, together with Your competitors

8. Should I reply to EVERY ad about assignments? For general marketing purposes?
No
You ONLY reply to an inquiry, an ad, when You think You have a fair chance to help out with that SPECIFIC assignment.

No
You have declared that, according to the information You have - You have a reasonable chance of helping out.

No, You can’t

No, that’s Your job if they contact You
We really don’t know more about them than they tell us.

12. Your rating system, how does it work?
We ask the Customer to answer a few simple questions about You and other suppliers
Mostly we’re interested in whether they “Agree” or “Disagree”
with statements like “XX showed Integrity and honesty”, “The personnel delivered has performed very well”
etc..
The results of the rating will be visible towards other Customers, if You reply
to their Ads.

13. Are the Customer who does the rating anonymous?
If they choose to, Yes

Yes, unless the Customer specifies that You shouldn’t

No

Only when the Customer has used the “Call me!”-button on the Reply list, (You get
a mail from us with their contact information)

17. To become a member, what do I need?
A company, You’re not supposed to be a private individual looking for employment
A corporate web site, www.yourcompany.com, so we can check that you’re probably
for real
A domain name, yourcompany.com
A working e-mail address with Your domain name, you@yourcompany.com (no hotmail or gmail)

18. Will others see I am registered in Autostaffer as a member?
No
The only time anyone can see You or Your company is when You reply to a Customers
ad, and when You ask a Candidate to contact You.

19. How do I keep myself updated on the latest inquiries?
The best way is to subscribe to our feeds, RSS, built into your browser, or with
a specialised software
Otherwise, You can visit us often, bookmark a few pages and check out what’s new.

20. Will this start costing me money later on?
That is possible. We’ll let You know well in advance about any changes in the business model. You would actively have to accept a new Terms of Agreement specifying the details, to make an informed decision.
Meanwhile, it’s all free.

You Click “YES!”
The Candidate gets Your contact information by mail and calls You, or send You his/hers CV/Résumé

Yes, if we feel You misbehave or are too much trouble
