1. Autostaffer is a web service for transformation of information between buyer
and seller of staffing and recruiting services, as well as job seekers, private
individuals looking for employment through a seller, a staffing/recruiting agency.
Buyer and seller use Autostaffer to find each other, as well as job seeker and seller
uses Autostaffer to find each other. All agreements, commercial and legal deals
are made between buyer, seller and job seeker is made without the interference,
involvement or control of Autostaffer.
2. Autostaffer does not take any responsibility for the content or meaning of the
information transferred between users of the web service.
3. Autostaffer is not responsible for in what way the web service is used or how
users of the service fulfill their obligations towards each other.
4. Autostaffer is not part of any eventual deal or agreement users of the service
might make and does not take any responsibility for those deals and agreements.
5. Autostaffer is not responsible for damage or loss use of the web service might
lead to. Autostaffer does not control the correctness or accuracy of the information
transferred through the web service and does not guarantee the correctness or accuracy
of the information transferred through the web service.
6. Autostaffer does not give any guarantee that the web service is available at

7. Autostaffer does not charge any one for the use of the service and has the right
to by Autostaffer's own initiative, without motivation or warning remove the right

of staffing/recruiting services, and also between job seekers and sellers of staffing/recruiting
services.

or the Autostaffer brand name or third person might lead to legal action from Autostaffer.
10. Autostaffer has the right to remove content that might be in conflict with legal
demands or otherwise can be considered as unsuitable for the service. This might
happen without warning or motivation.
11. Users of the service agree to not use the service to transfer information that
might be in conflict with legal demands or be offending.
12. Users of the web service agree that the personal information the user enters
into the web service might be used for the continuous and future use and development
of the web service.
13. Autostaffer will not spread identifying personal information about the user
to the public or third parties without the consent of the user. Registered information
is intended to only be used in the web service Autostaffer.
14. Autostaffer has full legal immaterial rights to the brand name Autostaffer,
text, graphics and design of the web service.
15. Users who wish to leave the web service and end their membership can do so by
