Rating system
To give You and other Customers in need of personnel
an idea of what quality of
service our clients can provide we have a rating system. When using Autostaffer,
if You choose to contact any of our Clients, we appreciate if You help us improve our services by answering a short survey. You will be asked a few short questions
of the type "Agree - Disagree", about their customer Service, general understanding
of Your situation, their business practices, the quality of their candidates - and
most of all what You think of their ethical standards.
Your rating will be visible to:
- Other future Customers (people like yourself, companies
looking for personnel). You choose if Your rating is anonymous, or if Your name
and company should be visible
- The supplier, unless You specify that they are not supposed to see your rating.
We will not show them Your contact information when You rate them
You can also report completely irrelevant replies as "Junk" to let us know if a
Client is wasting Your time.
